Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC). We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners/warehouses.
Order Processing Time
* Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
* You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery Time Estimates (U.S.)
* Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
* Expedited Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days after dispatch, when available at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak season volume.
Shipping Rates
* Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders.
* Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, destination, and order weight/size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.
Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to deliver your products as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Address Changes & Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly. If you need to update or cancel, contact us immediately at cherl@konel.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
Most items can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Certain oversized or restricted items may require a physical street address; if so, we’ll contact you.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged)
* Damaged packages: Please take photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
* Lost or missing packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first. Then email cherl@konel.com and we’ll help open a carrier investigation.
* KONEL is not responsible for shipments delivered to the address provided at checkout if that address was entered incorrectly.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If a product is marked as a pre-order or backorder, we’ll display the estimated ship window on the product page and/or at checkout. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
Holidays & Severe Weather
Carrier networks may experience delays during holidays or severe weather. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your shipping address and local regulations.
